Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Overview

At FAZA, we take pride in the quality and craftmanship of every piece. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are accepted only for items that meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged.                           

These include:

  • Intimate wear and inner garments
  • Accessories such as jewelry or scarves
  • Custom-made or altered pieces
  • Sale or discounted items

We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or message regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for size replacements or defective items, subject to stock availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@fazaofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order
